All we ask is that you approach the coaching and sessions with an open mind and full participation. By making this commitment, you will undoubtedly witness positive results. A. 12-Week Guided Online Course & Coaching

A1. Silver Partner Tier

  • The course will be conducted via Zoom and will consist of weekly meetings, each lasting for 60 minutes.

  • The course will run for a duration of 12 weeks, with one meeting per week.

  • The maximum number of participants for the course is limited to 10 individuals to ensure personalized attention and an interactive learning environment.

  • To enroll in the course, interested individuals must first attend the Introductory Meeting. If interested in signing up for the course, individual must fill out an application. The website link to the application form will be emailed to all Introductory Meeting participants within 24-hours.

  • Upon receiving the application, each applicant will be scheduled for a 1-on-1 interview with Tabitha, our Coach and course coordinator, to determine if both parties are a good fit for the program and for each other.

  • Please note that not all applicants will qualify to take the course. We strive to ensure that participants are ready and able to commit the necessary time and effort to fully participate in the 12-week course.

  • If accepted into the course, participants will be required to pay the tuition fee of $4,997 in full before the course begins. Payment details and instructions will be provided upon acceptance. Tuition fee is per individual participant.

  • The purchase of the course is non-transferrable and cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.

  • Participants understand and acknowledge that there will be no financial reimbursement for any course time missed when fault is on participant's side, nor for any bonuses that go unused.

  • Bonus #1, the 1 FREE Accountability Partner (APP) session, must be scheduled and used within 30 days after completion of the course. Failure to schedule and use the session within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus.

  • Bonus #2, participants will be eligible for a 15% discount off the first purchase of an Accountability Partner Package, providing ongoing support beyond the course. No expiration date.

  • Participants are expected to adhere to the course schedule, actively engage in the learning process, complete assigned tasks, and actively participate in group discussions and activities.

  • An Internet connection and access to Zoom are required to participate in the course. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own reliable internet connection and access to Zoom.

  • UYW (Unleash Your Wins/Unleash Your Wins LLC) is not responsible for any possible poor performance on Zoom, the client's Internet connection, or the client's inability to connect due to personal device performance.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other emergencies, UYW reserves the right to reschedule or modify the course as necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes or updates in a timely manner.

A2. Gold Partner Tier

  • The course will be conducted via Zoom and will consist of weekly meetings, each lasting for 60 minutes.

  • The course will run for a duration of 12 weeks, with one meeting per week.

  • The maximum number of participants for the course is limited to 3 individuals to ensure personalized attention and an interactive learning environment.

  • Bonus #1, the 2 FREE Accountability Partner (APP) sessions, must be scheduled and used within 30 days after completion of the course. Failure to schedule and use the session within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus.

  • Bonus #2, participants will be eligible for a 20% discount off the first purchase of an Accountability Partner Package, providing ongoing support beyond the course. No expiration date.

  • Participants are expected to adhere to the course schedule, actively engage in the learning process, complete assigned tasks, and actively participate in group discussions and activities.

  • An Internet connection and access to Zoom are required to participate in the course. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own reliable internet connection and access to Zoom.

  • UYW (Unleash Your Wins/Unleash Your Wins LLC) is not responsible for any possible poor performance on Zoom, the client's Internet connection, or the client's inability to connect due to personal device performance.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other emergencies, UYW reserves the right to reschedule or modify the course as necessary. A3. Platinum Partner Tier

B. Accountability Partner Program (APP)

  • Accountability Partner sessions are conducted on Zoom and are scheduled for a duration of 20 minutes each.

  • It is strongly recommended to schedule sessions once a week to maximize accountability and success. However, clients have the flexibility to schedule sessions more or less frequently based on their needs and preferences.

  • Accountability Partner sessions are available for purchase in packages of 4, 8, or 12 sessions.

  • The purchased sessions are not transferrable and cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.

  • Any unused purchased sessions are not refundable.

  • Sessions expire after 120 days from the date of purchase, except for the 12-session package, which has an extended expiration period of 150 days.

  • Silver & Scholarship Partners: The maximum number of participants for the session is limited to 10 individual to ensure personalized attention and an interactive learning environment.

  • Gold Partners: The maximum number of participants for the session is limited to 3 individual to ensure personalized attention and an interactive learning environment.

  • Platinum Partners: The maximum number of participants for the session is limited to 1 individual to ensure personalized attention and an interactive learning environment.

  • Platinum Partners have the option to choose phone calls instead of Zoom sessions for their Accountability Partner meetings.

  • Special scholarship pricing for the Accountability Partner Program is exclusively available to current or prior scholarship recipients and is not transferrable. Verification is required before receiving special pricing.

  • Unleash Your Wins will assign a dedicated team member as the Accountability Partner for each client.

  • The Accountability Partner will provide support, guidance, and help clients stay accountable to their goals and commitments.

  • Clients are responsible for scheduling their Accountability Partner sessions through the designated scheduling system or platform.

  • Any changes or updates to the session schedule or format will be communicated to clients in a timely manner via email or through our designated communication channels.

  • Participants are expected to adhere to the course schedule, actively engage in the learning process, complete assigned tasks, and actively participate in group discussions and activities.

  • An Internet connection and access to Zoom are required to participate in the course. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own reliable internet connection and access to Zoom.

  • UYW (Unleash Your Wins/Unleash Your Wins LLC) is not responsible for any possible poor performance on Zoom, the client's Internet connection, or the client's inability to connect due to personal device performance.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other emergencies, UYW reserves the right to reschedule or modify the course as necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes or updates in a timely manner.

C. Self-Guided Course (Bronze Partner Tier)

  • Individuals receive a self-guided PDF course sent via email within 24 hours after payment of $197 is received.

  • The purchase of the course is non-transferrable, cannot be shared or transferred to another individual, and may not be duplicated or distributed without written consent from Unleash Your Wins/Unleash Your Wins LLC.

  • Bonus #1, the 4 FREE Accountability Partner (APP) sessions, must be scheduled and used within 120 days of purchase date. Failure to schedule and use the sessions within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus.

  • Bonus #2, participants will be eligible for a 10% discount off the first purchase of an Accountability Partner Package, providing ongoing support beyond the course. No expiration date.

  • Participants understand and acknowledge that there will be no financial reimbursement for any bonuses that go unused.

  • Participants are expected to actively engage in the learning process, complete assigned tasks and activities in the workbook.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other emergencies, UYW reserves the right to reschedule or modify the course as necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes or updates in a timely manner.

D. Scholarship Program

  • The course will be conducted via Zoom and will consist of weekly meetings, each lasting for 60 minutes.

  • The course will run for a duration of 12 weeks, with one meeting per week.

  • The maximum number of participants for the course is limited to 10 individual to ensure personalized attention and an interactive learning environment.

  • To enroll in the course, interested individuals must first attend the Introductory Meeting. If interested in signing up for the course, individual must fill out an application. The website link to the application form will be emailed to all Introductory Meeting participants within 24-hours.

  • A $500 "good faith" deposit is required to be paid before the start of the course. Payment details and instructions will be provided upon acceptance.

  • The "good faith" deposit is fully refunded upon successful completion of the course.

  • If a participant does not complete the course, the deposit will not refunded and is considered as earned monies by Unleash Your Wins/Unleash Your Wins LLC.

  • The scholarship is non-transferrable and cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.

  • A maximum of 3 scholarships are awarded per quarter. The number of scholarships available may vary depending on the availability of funds and other factors determined by Unleash Your Wins/Unleash Your Wins LLC.

  • Participants understand and acknowledge that there will be no financial reimbursement for any course time missed nor for any bonuses that go unused.

  • Bonus #1, the 4 FREE Accountability Partner (APP) sessions, must be scheduled and used within 30 days after completion of the course. Failure to schedule and use the session within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus.

  • Bonus #2, participants will be eligible for a 15% discount off the first purchase of an Accountability Partner Package, providing ongoing support beyond the course. No expiration date.

  • Special scholarship APP pricing, providing ongoing support beyond the course, is exclusively available only to current or prior scholarship recipients and may not be transferred to any other individual. Participants awarded a scholarship are encouraged to take advantage of the special scholarship pricing to continue their growth and development beyond the course.

  • Participants are expected to adhere to the course schedule, actively engage in the learning process, complete assigned tasks, and actively participate in group discussions and activities.

  • An Internet connection and access to Zoom are required to participate in the course. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own reliable internet connection and access to Zoom.

  • UYW (Unleash Your Wins/Unleash Your Wins LLC) is not responsible for any possible poor performance on Zoom, the client's Internet connection, or the client's inability to connect due to personal device performance.

E. Referral Program

  • All partners (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Scholarship) qualify to receive a reward through the Referral Program.

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals that partners can make and receive rewards for.

  • Partners will receive 4 free Accountability Partner sessions for every new, successful referred client who signs up for a Platinum, Gold, or Silver package and completes the course.

  • Partners will be rewarded with Accountability Partner (AP) sessions based on their last AP package, or if they have not participated in the Accountability Partner Program yet, it will be based on their most recent partner tier.

  • To be eligible for the referral reward(s), partners must completely fill out and submit the referral form found on the Programs page in the Referral Program section (click here).

  • Rewards will be issued no later than 30 days after the referred client completes the course. Partners will be notified by email.

  • Unleash Your Wins/Unleash Your Wins LLC is not responsible for missed, unviewed, deleted, or emails that go to spam. We strongly encourage adding our email address to your safe list to not miss out on your reward: hello@unleashyourwins.com.
    It is the partner's responsibility to ensure they receive and view the referral reward notification email.

  • The reward expires 120 days after it is sent and cannot be extended or transferred.

  • If partner is actively participating in the Accountability Partner Program, the referral reward credits will be added to the end of their current session package.

  • Recipients of the referral reward will be notified by email from hello@unleashyourwins.com.

  • The reward has no cash value. Partners understand and acknowledge that there will be no financial reimbursement for any rewards that are unused and/or expired.

  • The reward is non-transferable.

  • For more details on the Accountability Partner Program, please refer to Section 1B of the program policies and guidelines.

F. Introductory Meeting

  • The introductory meeting will be conducted via Zoom and will last for 60 minutes.

  • To attend the meeting, participants must sign up in advance through our designated registration platform.

  • The maximum number of attendees for each meeting is limited to 25 individuals to ensure an interactive and engaging session.

  • The meeting will consist of a presentation and discussion on the topic of transformative personal growth and the services we offer to help our clients achieve it.

  • A dedicated Q&A session will be held during the last 15 minutes of the meeting, allowing participants to ask questions and seek clarification.

  • Participants are encouraged to submit their questions in advance, if possible, at the time of registration, to ensure a smooth and efficient Q&A session.

  • The meeting link and any additional materials or instructions will be provided to registered participants via email prior to the scheduled meeting time.

  • In the event that a participant is unable to attend the meeting, they are requested to cancel their registration in advance to allow others to take their place.

  • Any changes or updates to the meeting schedule or format will be communicated to registered participants via email or through our designated communication channels.

2. CONDITIONS OF USE AND CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

If you choose to visit our Site and attend our events, your visit and any dispute is subject to this Notice and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law of the State of California. REFUND POLICY

A. 12-Week Guided Online Course & Coaching

You have 7-days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. If received on or before the 7th day, you will receive a full refund. If the request is received on or after the 8th day of purchase, no full refund will be issued.

Once your scheduled session for the guided online course and coaching begins, if you are not fully satisfied by the end of the 2nd scheduled session, you may request a refund. If received on or before the 2nd session, you will receive a partial and prorated refund. If the request is received on or after the 3rd session, no refund will be issued. A partial and prorated refund will consist of:

  • Your original course fee divided by 12 weeks,

  • less a $197 fee to cover the value of the course’s workbook, and

  • less 25% of your total original course fee to cover the loss of your spot that cannot be refilled mid-course, as well as the provided coaching for the sessions that you attended.

In the event of an emergency that prohibits you from completing the 12-week guided online course, and it has exceeded the refund policy deadline, please Contact Us post haste to communicate the circumstances of your emergency. Under most circumstances, a voucher will be issued to you to attend a future 12-week guided online course and coaching program. Considering emergencies are unpredictable, and a one-size policy may not fit all, if a voucher does not adequately satisfy the emergency circumstance, we will be open to discussing a fair and alternative solution on a case-by-case basis.

2. REFUND TIMELINE

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and notify you of the status (approval or rejection) of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

3. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If your refund request has been approved, please allow up to two weeks for your charge to reflect on your credit card or original method of payment. If after two weeks you do not see your refund appear, please first call your bank or credit card to confirm whether it is pending.   • Education Information : as needed for participation in programs and live events;

  • Inferences : Personal information about your goals and aspirations for our products, services, and live events, or inferences derived from that information.

  • if UYW has previously received your mobile number, UYW may text you a verification code.

8.6 AUTHORIZED AGENT

  • California consumers may designate an authorized agent to exercise a CCPA right on the consumer’s behalf. If a consumer utilizes an authorized agent to exercise a CCPA right, the following proof that the agent has been authorized to act on the consumer’s behalf will need to be provided:
